Viewfinder Labs LLC, a California limited liability company, operates viewfinderlabs.com. This policy covers our public website and inquiries submitted through it.

What we collect and why

We collect the name, email address, company, project details, timeline, and other information you choose to send us. We use it to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work with you, not for marketing.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes form submissions, and Resend delivers them to our Google Workspace email inboxes. Our hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, may also be processed for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. We may disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or cross-site behavioral tracking. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Our site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals because we do not conduct that tracking.

How long we keep it

We delete inactive inquiries from our active records, including email copies, within 12 months after the last exchange. If an inquiry becomes a client engagement, we retain relevant records as needed for that relationship and legal obligations. Backup copies may remain until routinely overwritten.

Your information

To ask for access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information, contact support@viewfinderlabs.com. We may need to verify your identity. California residents have the right to know, correct, and delete their personal information, and we will not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
